El Festival Internacional de Cine en las Montañas FICMONTAÑAS invited us to support its Documentary Film Residency through what we are most passionate about: LISTENING.
Together with the filmmakers, we explored the sound of each project, sharing the tools and insights needed to understand its challenges and strengthen the way each story is told.
We left with far more than we brought. Because before it is a technical craft, sound is a way of understanding people, places, and the stories waiting to be heard.
The nature of our self-taught and former experience has prepared to us for this position. We are a film and video editor, sound designer and audio mixer focused on creating the narrative structure of film, TV and Digital Media.
Until now, our work and process have involved dealing with a lot of independent research, self-motivation and attention to detail. We've been working with companies in different countries with different needs, which we have found very stimulating.
